    • A manufacturing method of a plunger tip for a die casting device is provided to prevent the plunger tip to be connected with a plunger rod from being damaged by improving the hardness. A manufacturing method of a plunger tip for a die casting device comprises followings. The steel inside of the cylindrical of the die casting device plunger tip is cut to processes to be a plunger tip main body member of hollow(10). The tip-end part of the separately manufactured plunger tip is welded in the plunger tip main body member of hollow(20). A plunger tip(30) is cooled after heating up in order to remove the residual stress remaining in the plunger tip by the welding in the welding stage. The heat treatment agent made of the powdered including the carbon is coated on the surface of the plunger tip. The hardness of the surface of the plunger tip is intensified(40). After the heating process, the plunger tip is heat again and cooled at the fixed temperature(50). The heat treatment agent comprises carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chrome or molybdenum. The steel representing of the plunger tip comprises the chromium molybdenum steel.

Especially, in the phosphorus removing tank(5), phosphorus contained in influent water is removed by aluminium ion released from aluminum plate installed in the tank(5) without any additional feed of aluminum salt. CONSTITUTION: In the water treatment equipment for removing organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus components contained in influent water containing sewage and wastewater, the equipment comprises an anoxic tank(2) for removing organic matter from the influent water by using anaerobic microorganism; an aerobic tank(3) equipped with air distribution pipe(10) at the bottom for removing organic matter from the untreated influent water of the anoxic tank(2) by aerobic microorganism and nitrogen by nitrification microorganism at the same time; a first settling tank(4) for settling and removing sludge from the influent water of organic matter and nitrogen removed; a recycling line(8) for recycling treated water of the first settling tank(4) to the anoxic tank(2); two sludge discharge lines(16,19); a reaction tank(5) in which aluminum plate(12) for generating aluminum ion (Al¬3+) and silver plate(11) for expediting the generation of aluminum ion are installed for removing phosphorus component; a second settling tank(6) for settling and removing sludge of the influent water of phosphorus removed.
