    • Disclosed is a cylinder pump for transferring a fluid comprising: a pump (10) disposed on a rod for pumping a fluid; and a cylinder (20) connected with the pump (10) to interlock with the pump (10). Rods (110, 22) of the pump (10) and the cylinder (20) are connected in a straight line to interlock with each other. The pump (10) includes an inlet and an outlet which are respectively formed at upper and lower sides thereof, storage tanks (2a, 2b) are respectively communicated with the inlet and the outlet, and check valves (11) are respectively connected to the inlet and the outlet, thereby effectively transferring sewage or waste water containing lots of foreign matters such as sludge or various fluids with high viscosity such as paint, minimizing a loss due to a double action of a piston of the pump, and continuously keeping the optimum pumping condition.
