摘要： An expansion ring for a braided stent includes a plurality of long fork-type frame elements for constituting the expansion ring. Each of the frame elements includes first and second legs which are extended in a first direction and are connected in a coupling part which constitutes a support point enabling the frame elements to be compressed. Each of the frame elements are strung in a tube-shaped body of the braided stent in order to be engaged with the tube-shaped body of the stent in which coupling parts are braided. Each of the frame elements is continuously connected with adjacent frame factors in the ends of the first and second legs. The expansion ring has a compressed structure having a first diameter and an expanded structure having a second diameter which is larger than the first diameter.

摘要： An embolic coil delivery system comprises a delivery tube with lumen. A proximal end coil coupling unit is arranged between the delivery tube and an embolic coil. A detachable wire with a terminating feature arranged on the distal end can be inserted through the lumen and enters the proximal end of the delivery tube and is extended to the proximal direction. At least one stretch resistant member is arranged in the lumen formed by the embolic coil. Each distal end of at least one the stretch resistant member is fixed on the distal end of the embolic coil while each of the at least one stretch resistant member is also fixed near the proximal end of the embolic coil. The distal end of the delivery tube is maintained while physically contacted to the proximal coupling unit by the wire without being attached to the proximal coupling unit in any method.

The body includes: a first end; a second end; an internal surface; an external surface; and at least two facing edges extended between the first end and the second end and constituting a boundary part between the internal surface and the external surface. The internal surface of the body restricts a path extended between the first end and the second end. In a first position, the body restricts gaps between the two or more facing edges, and the gaps enable a path with the external surface of the body to be connected and to not be blocked. In a second position, the gaps are blocked so that the connection of the path with the external surface of the body is actually prevented.

The tubular-shaped braided flow diverting stent maintains significant wall thickness while increasing the area coverage of a vessel wall. The sliding of the round elongated members over the rectangular elongated members allows the stent to be crimped to very low diameters to deliver in narrow portions of the vascular structure.
