    • PURPOSE: A rod cover for a hydraulic cylinder is provided to improve the response speed of a hydraulic cylinder, and to prevent the generation of connections during the operation of the hydraulic cylinder by forming a passage groove, for applying hydraulic pressure to a piston, into the shape of a ring. CONSTITUTION: A rod cover(10) for a hydraulic cylinder comprises a body(20), a through-hole(40), a hydraulic port(30), and a passage groove(50). The through-hole is formed at the center of the body, and a rod passes through the through-hole. The hydraulic port is formed on the body and communicates with the outside. The passage groove communicates with the hydraulic port in order to apply hydraulic pressure to one side of the cylinder, and is open toward one side of the cylinder. The passage groove is formed into the shape of a ring around the through-hole of the rod cover.

    • A hydraulic cylinder device with an improved flow path structure according to the present invention includes: a hollow cylinder; a rod which has an end unit arranged in the cylinder and a male screw unit on the outer periphery of the end unit and is capable of reciprocating in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder; a piston which is coupled to the male screw unit of the rod to move with the rod when the rod reciprocates; a head cover which is fixed to one end of the cylinder and includes a flow path; and a cushion plunger which is coupled to the front end of the rod. The cushion plunger includes an orifice connecting the cylinder and the flow path, and a check valve is installed on the orifice.
