摘要： An IFC-based three-dimensional building authoring tool and a building control apparatus and system using the same are disclosed. To this end, the building control apparatus of the present invention includes: an extraction module which extracts a building class from IFC data; a class generation module which adds, to the building class, a communication class including a first management/control point property and a first control point property to create a three-dimensional object class; a rendering module which performs three-dimensional rendering based on the three-dimensional object class to create a three-dimensional virtual building consisting of a plurality of virtual building elements having the first management/control point property and the first control point property; an authoring module which adds, to the three-dimensional virtual building, a plurality of virtual equipment elements with a communication class including a second management/control point property and a second control point property; and a synchronization module which builds, to connection data, the first management/control point property, the first control point property, the second management/control point property, and the second control point property, and transmits the connection data to a control database.
