    • 본발명은표면이내부보다높은경도를갖는폴리실록산계의유기무기복합체로이루어지는막의표면을더욱무기질화하는것을과제로한다. 본발명의유기무기복합박막은, a) 식 (I) RSiX(I) (식중, R 은 Si 에탄소원자가직접결합하는유기기를나타내고, X 는수산기또는가수분해성기를나타낸다. n 은 1 또는 2 를나타내고, n 이 2 일때 각 R 은동일해도되고상이해도되고, (4 - n) 이 2 이상일때 각 X 는동일해도되고상이해도된다) 로나타내는유기규소화합물의축합물, 및 b) 유기고분자화합물을 함유하는층을갖는유기무기복합박막으로서, 그막의표면에식 (I) 로나타내는유기규소화합물의축합물이농축된층이형성되어있고, 표면으로부터 10 ㎚깊이의탄소원자의농도가표면으로부터 100 ㎚깊이의탄소원자의농도보다 20 % 이상적고, 또한막의표면으로부터 2 ㎚깊이의 O/Si 원소비가 1.8 ∼ 2.5 이다.
