    • PURPOSE: A method for anti-helicobacter pylori high-titer antibody is provided to produce yolk antibody and used as additive or functional food of anti-helicobacter pylori functional food. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing anti-helicobacter pylori high-titer antibody comprise: a step of designing primer for amplifying pET41b, VacA gene of ATCC49503, and VacA of ATCC 43504; a step of amplifying VacA gene through PCR; a step of cutting PCR product with XhoI and NdeI enzymes; a step of transforming the cut gene into ECOS 101 reactive cells to produce Pvac 953; a step of transforming to E.coli; a step of culturing transformed pVAC953; a step of collecting strain from the colony in which protein is expressed; a step of pulverizing the strain; a step of eluting recombinant VacA protein; and a step of concentrating VacA protein eluate.
