摘要： An aluminum wire soldering method is provided to solder easily an aluminum wire on a metal material or an aluminum material by optimizing a dipping temperature and time. A winding process is performed to wind an aluminum wire around a pin of a base material(S101). A soldering process is performed to solder the pin including the aluminum wire(S103). A dipping temperature maintenance process is performed to maintain the dipping temperature in a temperature range of 300 degrees centigrade ± 30 degrees centigrade during a time range of 20 seconds ± 10 seconds(S105). A coating process is performed to coat an insulating film on the soldered part of the aluminum wire and the terminal pin.
