    • PURPOSE: A downward lean-burning type boiler is provided to improve the efficiency of combustion by performing the heat exchange in external air with steam leaked through a first air supply unit and resupplying the same to the inside of a fuel mixing chamber. CONSTITUTION: A downward lean-burning type boiler (100) comprises a thermal decomposition chamber (10), a first air supply unit, a first combustion chamber (40), a second air supply unit (50), a second combustion chamber (60), and a boiler (70). The boiler comprises a partition (71) and a second steam pipe (72). The partition is formed in zigzag in order to increase residence time of exhaust gas discharged from the second combustion chamber. A plurality of the second steam pipe is installed in a vertical direction by passing through each partition in order to receive a heat source included in the exhaust gas led along the partition.     • 본 고안은 공기 청정기 또는 에어컨 등에 적용이 가능하며, 공기 속에 포함되어 있는 먼지를 걸러주는 역할을 하는데 이용될 수 있으며, 동일한 크기에서 더 많은 양의 공기가 통과되어 공기의 정화 성능을 증대시킬 수 있는 필터를 개시한다.
      본 고안은, 주름진 형태로 배치되며, 다수의 공기 통과공을 구비하며 공기가 통과할 때 먼지 등의 이물질의 통과를 제한하는 먼지 차단부재, 상기 먼지 차단부재의 사이드 면들에 결합되는 테두리부재를 포함한다.
      따라서 본 고안은 먼지 차단부재의 전면에 테두리부재에서 연장되는 연장부가 생략되어 먼지 차단부재의 공기의 통과 면적을 증대시켜 먼지 차단부재를 통과하는 공기의 양을 증대시켜 공기 정화 처리 효율을 증대시키는 효과가 있다.

    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of construction materials by using a waste synthetic resin. The manufacturing method of construction material by using a waste synthetic resin comprises a step for sorting a synthetic resin; a step for separately sorting a synthetic resin sheet such as a fiber, a fiber roll, a fill, a film roll, and a net; a step for sorting a solid synthetic resin such as a doll and a toy; a step for sorting a general synthetic resin such as a wrapping sheet and a container; a step for cutting the synthetic resin sheet with a circular saw; a step for cutting the solid synthetic resin; a step for cutting the general synthetic resin; a step for mixing 30 wt% of the synthetic resin sheet, 25 wt% of the solid synthetic resin, 25 wt% of the general synthetic resin, and 20 wt% of red clay powder; a step for crushing the synthetic resin mixture; a step for supplying the crushed synthetic resin mixture to an extruder; a step for extruding a pad-shaped solid material; a step for transferring the solid material to a compression molder; a step for reducing the thickness of the solid material and increasing the area of the solid material in the compression molder; a step for cooling the solid material being molded (80-95 °C); a step for laminating the outer surface of the solid material being expanded; a step for cooling the laminated solid material (30-50 °C); and a step for cutting the cooled solid material.
