CONSTITUTION: A producing method of zeolite molecular body for producing oxygen comprises the following steps: adding a cellulosic compound and an organic vehicle into a mixture containing a colloidal silica aqueous solution and X-type zeolite powder, to obtain spherical agglomerate; incinerating the agglomerate at 500~700deg C: removing the cellulosic compound and the organic vehicle for obtaining the minute agglomerate; contacting the agglomerate with a mixture containing an alkaline aqueous solution and an aluminum hydroxide aqueous solution for transforming silica components into zeolite components; ion-exchanging the agglomerate by contacting with a solution containing lithium; heat processing the agglomerate at 400~600deg C; and activating the agglomerate after removing the moisture.

    • PURPOSE: An air spray type aluminium powder manufacturing device is provided to reduce the cost for producing aluminium powder and prevent explosion during production. CONSTITUTION: An air spray type aluminium powder manufacturing device comprises a tundish(10), an air injector(20), a barrel(30), a sorter, a molten metal guide(40), and an air guide(50). The air injector sprays air to scatter molten aluminium supplied from the tundish and produce aluminium powder, and coats an oxide layer on the surface of the aluminium powder. In the barrel, the molten aluminium scattered with the air injector is changed into the aluminium powder. The sorter sorts the aluminium powder having different grain sizes in the barrel according to the grain size. The molten metal guide is arranged under the molten metal nozzle of the tundish and conducts the molten metal provided from the molten metal nozzle of the tundish to the air nozzle of the air injector. The air guide is arranged in the outlet side of the air nozzle of the air injector and deflects the air injected from the air nozzle of the air injector to the molten aliminium, thereby scattering the molten aluminium.
