    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an output signal having a predetermined phase difference to an input signal regardless of a frequency of the input signal.
      SOLUTION: A waveform generating circuit 102a includes: a constant current circuit 201a that supplies a constant current through a VDD; current mirror circuits 204a and 205a that flow an output current that is n times an input current; and switching circuits 202a and 203a that switch a flowing direction of the current in the constant current circuit between the current mirror circuits and an output terminal 1Ba according to a logical level of a rectangle wave input signal 1Aa. The waveform generating circuit generates a triangle wave having a falling slope waveform that is of n times a rising slope 1. The triangle wave is compared with a voltage of the triangle wave generated by a waveform generating circuit 102b that has received an inverted signal 1Ab by a comparator 103, and generates an output signal. When a duty ratio of the input signal is 50%, the output signal 1/(2+2n) cycle delayed can be obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 90° phase shifter capable of further surely outputting an output signal having an accurate 90° phase difference.
      SOLUTION: The 90° phase shifter is provided with a T flip-flop which has a twin differential circuit composed of transistors Q3-Q6 and Q9-12, input transistors Q1, Q2 for inputting an input signal to a base, and input transistors Q7, Q8 for inputting a complementary signal of the input signal to the base, variable current sources 14-17, which are respectively connected to a connection node of each input transistor and the twin differential circuit, and a 90° phase comparator 10 which compares a phase difference between the signals outputted from the T flip-flop and outputs a signal corresponding to the deviation from 90° of the phase difference. The variable current sources 14-17 are controlled by a signal based on the output of the 90° phase comparator 10.
