摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an AC generator which can effectively prevent the lift of the terminal wire of a rotor coil with simple structure, using existing parts. CONSTITUTION: The rotor 3 of an alternator 1 has a rotor core, and a groove to accommodate an insulating tube 81 covering the terminal 71 of a rotor coil is made at the wall face of this rotor core. A fan to be fixed to the rotor core has a wall face 55, which has a plurality of vanes 54, and a projection, which is made by transforming a part of the wall face in the direction where it comes close to the insulating tube, and a part of the terminal wire covered with the insulating tube is retained in axial direction between the groove 44 at the wall face of the rotor core and the projection 58 of the fan. Hereby, with simple structure, even if the terminal wire tends to lift by the vibration or centrifugal force generated at rotation of the rotor, the insulating tube does not libt, with its motion checked substantially by the transformed part of the fan.
