    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily manage the sealed state of a cable connection box.SOLUTION: When the sealed state of a sealed structure 100 is managed, by imaging a shaft member 51 and a sealing pipe part 2b inside a cable connection box 3 by using a fiberscope 80 inserted from an oil filler 2e of a connection pipe 2, the relative movement amount of the shaft member 51 with respect to the connection pipe 2 (sealing pipe part 2b) can be measured. Thus, whether or not the measured movement amount is an appropriate value in design of the sealed structure 100 can be easily confirmed. Since the quality of the sealed state of the sealed structure 100 can be determined by confirming the sealed configuration of the sealed structure 100 based on the relative movement amount of the shaft member 51 with respect to the connection pipe 2, the sealed state of the sealed structure 100 can be easily managed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate connecting structure of a solid cable which has a sound corrosion proof layer and which suppresses deoiling in a connection part insulation layer. SOLUTION: The intermediate connection structure is provided with: a conductor connection part 20, which connects the conductors 10 of the solid cable 1 to each other; the connection part insulation layer 21 formed by winding an insulation material on the outside circumference of the conductor connection part 20; a metal sheath 22 formed on the outside circumference of the connection part insulation layer 21; and the corrosion proof layer 23 formed on the outside circumference on the metal sheath 22. Insulation oil is impregnated in the connection part insulation layer 21. The corrosion proof layer 23 has a low melting point layer, which includes a material having a lower melting point than that of a cable corrosion proof layer 13 arranged on the outside circumference of a cable oil-impregnated insulation layer 11. It is desirable that the corrosion proof layer 23, in particular, is provided with the low melting point layer and an outer layer whose melting point is higher than the low melting point layer.
