    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical cutout having a closing lid which is easily attached to and detached from a bottom of a cutout body.SOLUTION: A cutout 10 includes a cutout body 1 having a fuse cylinder 2 mounted in the inner part thereof and an opening 11 formed in a lower skirt 1d, and a closing lid 3 for closing the opening 11 of the lower skirt 1d. The closing lid 3 is composed of a closing lid body 31 and a knob 32. The knob 32 is connected to the closing lid body 31 so as to be rotatably and coaxially with the closing lid body 31, and to be difficult to be separated from the closing lid body 31. The knob 32 has a pair of grip faces 321 and 321 formed on the outer periphery thereof. The closing lid 3 can be easily attached to or detached from the bottom of the cutout body 1 by gripping the grip faces 321 and 321 provided on the knob 32 by a pair of gripping arms 9a and 9b provided on the tip part of an insulated operation rod 9 without being disturbed by a suspension string 8a.
