摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strut hardly producing the fluid power laterally inclining a half-submerged body even when the half-submerged body is towed at a speed higher than a mother ship, or navigated by itself at a high speed, with respect to the strut erected on a sailing body submerged under the water surface for holding a cloth target on the water surface. SOLUTION: A cross-section of the strut is formed into the shape capable of producing the fluid separation 15 at positions 13, 14 approximately corresponding to both side faces 8a, 8b of the strut 8. Though the sea water flows along both side face 8a, 8b of the strut 8, the fluid separation 15 is produced at the positions 13, 14 approximately corresponding to both side faces 8a, 8b, which prevents the production of the pressure difference on the fluid flowing on the left and right both side faces 8a, 8b of the strut, and prevents the power laterally inclining the half-submerged body 1, from acting on the half-submerged body 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain maneuverability in such marine works as collection of marine data or sweeping operations and improve the work efficiency by hanging from a helicopter a platform mounted with operative equipments required for marine works and connecting it free of towing and in a controllable condition. CONSTITUTION:A platform 2 is hung with a sling wire 3 from a helicopter 1, and the end of a tow cable 4 drawn out of the rear opening door of the helicopter 1 is connected to the tip of the platform 2. When the helicopter reaches a marine work place, the sling wire 3 is lowered to launch the platform 2. Under towing, as waterwheel 11 is rotated allowing a rewinding roller 10 to let out a guide wire 8 and an electric wire 6. When the back end 12 of the electric wire 6 is detected to contact a boom 9, the boom 9 is rotated upward being controlled from the helicopter, and is connected to a generator 14, which drives individual operative equipments for performing marine works.

Therefore, the signals transmitted sequentially from a group of the echo sounder transmitters have transmitting points moved serially, and are combined in the sea into a composite pulse soundwave, which is a dummy echo obtained through taking into account a highlight equivalent to an actual sonar target. It is thereby possible to evaluate accurately the homing performance of a homing craft.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strut erected at a running body submerged under the water surface to hold an object on the water surface, hardly generating such fluid force as to incline a semi-submerged body sideways even in the case of being towed at low speed by a mother ship or self-propelled at low speed. SOLUTION: This strut has a fairing 13 divided in a plurality of pieces in a span direction so that each piece is independently rotatable, and a support shaft 12 which is a rotating shaft of the fairing 13. Each fairing 13 thereby changes its direction along the relative flow direction of sea water to suppress the generation of fluid force, which permits running with little oscillation although at low speed.
