    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a device from being brought into emergency operation during normal operation. SOLUTION: A pump 8 is connected to one oil chamber 4a of a cylinder 3 through a first circuit 7 with a check valve 5 and a tank 11 is connected to the other oil chamber 4b of the cylinder 3 through a second circuit 10 with a check valve 9. A servo device 14 to operate the cylinder 3 through third and fourth circuit 12 and 13 connected to the oil chambers 4a and 4b of the cylinder 3 and the pump 8 are interconnected through a fifth circuit 15. The fifth circuit 15 and the check valves 5 and 9 are interconnected through a sixth circuit 16, a first electromagnetic switch valve 17 is arranged at the sixth circuit 16, and a second electromagnetic switch valve 18 is arranged in a spot situated downstream from a circuit connection spot between the fifth circuit 15 and the sixth circuit. The spot, situated downstream from the second electromagnetic switch valve 18, of the fifth circuit 15 and the spot, situated downstream from the first electromagnetic switch valve 17, of the sixth circuit 16 are intercommunicated through a communication circuit 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether emergency cut-off operation is normally effected without driving an emergency cut-off valve even under operation of a plant. SOLUTION: An actuator 7 is connected to one oil chamber 4a of a cylinder 3 for driving an emergency cut-off valve through a first circuit 6 with a check valve 5, and a tank 10 is connected to the other oil chamber 4b of the cylinder 3 through a second circuit 9 with a check valve 8. The actuator 7 and the check valve 5 and 8 are interconnected through a third circuit 12 with an electromagnetic switch 11 and a fourth circuit 15 communicated with the check valves 5 and 8 through the first circuit 6 is provided. A tank 16 is connected to the fourth circuit 15 and a two-port two-position manual switch valve 17 for confirming emergency cut-off and a set pressure variable regulation type relief valve 18 are located in the fourth circuit 15.

    • PURPOSE:To normally hold at least one closed valve in an opened condition, by enabling each closed valve to be opened and closed only by controlling a plural kind of keys, in the case of a device which can select a flow path by opening and closing the closed valves. CONSTITUTION:When a flow path is intended to be switched from A to B, closed valves V-B1 and V-B2 in the flow path B are opened to be locked. Next, removing keys (a), (d), (c), (b), these keys are inserted into locks A1 and A2, unlocking closed valves V-A1 and V-A2 to be enabled to move, and these valves are placed in a closed condition. That is, when the closed valve is placed in its closed condition, the key, being trapped by the lock, can not be removed, while if the valve is placed in its opened condition, the key can be removed. Using this removed key, the other closed valve is unlocked and can be closed.
