摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the performance of acceleration and deceleration, by separating a damping device from a motor main-body to connect them to each other with a belt, and so that the rotational frequency of the damping device may be greater than the rotational frequency of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A direct driving motor 25, having the rotor 10 of the belt driving section of the motor with collars 24a-24b arranged on the outer periphery, and a rotary shaft having a pulley 21, which is in parallel with the rotary shaft and is rotated with the shaft, are arranged, and the electromagnetic brake 18 of a damping means set separated from said motor 25 is set. Besides, a steel belt 22 stretched between the rotor 10 between the collars 24a-24b, and the pulley 21, and a pair of cam followers 23a-23b are arranged: the belt 22 is rotationally driven by the motor 25, and the pulley 21 by the belt 22; and the damping torque of the electromagnetic brake 18 is transmitted to the motor 25 via the belt 22. Then, setting the separated damping device to approach the center of the rotation of an arm reduces inertia.
