    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening component set which can favorably prevent fastening between a male screw component and a female screw component from being weakened or released by a disturbance such as vibration or a temperature change.SOLUTION: A body male screw 112 of a body shaft portion 111 of a male screw component 110 is screwed with an inner female screw 121 of a female screw component 120. A stopper insertion hole 123 of the female screw component 120 is inserted with a rotation stopper 130 and engaged not to be rotatable. A fastening bolt 140 is fastened with the male screw component 110 through a through hole 132 of the rotation stopper 130, and the rotation stopper 130 is pressure-bonded to the male screw component 110. The male screw component 110 is pressurized by the rotation stopper 130 so as to be unrotatable. Because the rotation stopper 130 is engaged with the female screw component 120 screwed to the male screw component 110 so as to be unrotatable, the male screw component 110 and the female screw component 120 are brought into an unrotatable state.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a method of assembling an oscillator by which piezoelectric elements can be stacked integrally without causing phase shift while a constant force is being applied to them. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric elements 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 11 and electrodes 4, 5, 6, 7 are stacked between front and rear metal blocks 8, 9 and a semi- assembled oscillator is set vertically before a tightening bolt 10 is inserted while the lower end face of a lower metal block is mounted on a fixed table 20. Under that state, the metal blocks 8, 9 are pressed on the upper end faces thereof by means of a pre-load head. The front and rear metal blocks are then subjected to axial force in the direction of the end faces thereof to exert a predetermined compression stress onto the piezoelectric elements and then the front and rear metal blocks are tightened by means of tightening bolts. Consequently, the oscillator can integrally be assembled without requiring strong tightening of the tightening bolts and without causing phase shift between the piezoelectric elements.
