摘要： PURPOSE:To protect reheater from deformation burning, separating reheater of regeating boiler into the primary reheater and the secondary reheater, arranging the secondary reheater pipe on high temperature side vertically, installing on the downstream of superheater. CONSTITUTION:This reheating boiler is constructed arranging superheater 3 in the combustion chamber 2, installing vertical the secondary reheater 4 to lower portion of steam drum 1 in the downstream of superheater 3, additionally installing the primary reheater 5 made of horizontal flexible pipe 25 in the smoke tube 28 in the downstream of combustion chamber 2. The secondary reheater 4 pipe will diform hardly through above construction, gas temperature passed through the smoke path 28 can be maintained sufficiently lower without many generating tube like usual boiler, since gas temperature flowed into the primary reheater 5 constructed with horizontal tubes can be lowered, care due to deformation and burning supporting meterial can be solved.
