    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook lock monitoring device simply and easily fitted to a hook lock externally, which is provided in a sliding door and a hinged door, to detect the opening/closing.SOLUTION: A hook lock 10 fitted to a sliding door 34 performs locking by fitting a hook piece 18 into a latch port of a metal latch fitting by locking operation and performs unlocking by withdrawing the hook piece 18 from the metal latch fitting by unlocking operation. A microswitch 42 is provided in a hook lock monitoring device 40, a detection lever 46 for operating a switch knob 44 is inserted into a clearance between a mating surface 34a of the sliding door 34 and the corresponding mating surface, motion of the hook piece 18 according to the locking operation or unlocking operation of the hook lock 10 is detected by the detection lever 46 to turn on/off the microswitch 42, and a detection signal showing locking or unlocking of the hook lock is output.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop both a lock function and an alarm function without impairing aesthetic appearance while providing an effect for making it hard for a lock plate to be viewed from the outside by surface-adhering the lock plate having the locking function and the alarm function to the horizontal frame of an outdoor side sliding door by utilizing the step between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame of the outdoor side sliding door.
      SOLUTION: The lock state of an indoor side sliding door 2 to the door end surface 6 of a door end side vertical frame 3 is formed by erecting a lock piece 8 installed on a fixed substrate surface-adhered to the door end side inner surface of the horizontal frame 4 of the outdoor side sliding door 1. The lock piece 8 is pressed against the door end surface 6 of the indoor side sliding door 2 while keeping a locked state and slides laterally when both sliding doors 1, 2 are slid relative to each other. A switch installed on the fixed substrate is displaced to a normally closed or normally open position to bring an electric circuit for alarm formed on the fixed substrate into a normally alarm operating state.

    • PURPOSE:To apply also to an established conventional locking device by discriminating a locking or an unlocking signal detected in a locking/unlocking detector whether it is an outer side locking or an inner side locking, by the outputs from the locking/unlocking detector and an operator position detector. CONSTITUTION:At the fixing member B of a door frame 2 side, a locking/ unlocking detector 19 which consists of a luminous diode 17 and a light receiver transistor 18, and a focus type infrared-ray sensor 20 to allow to detect an operator from the inner side are provided. And when a dead bolt 9 is inserted in a strike 12 by operating a thumb-turn (key) from the inner (outer) side, in a locking, the light from the luminous element 17 is shielded and the locking is detected. And when the locking is made from the inner side, the infrared rays emitted from the human body is perceived by the sensor 20, and a discriminator discriminates that it is the locking from the inner side. And when only the light from the luminous element 17 is shielded, the discriminator discriminates that it is the locking from the outer side. The detection in the unlocking condition is carried out in the same manner.
