摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant acoustic material which assures sufficient sound absorbing characteristics without increasing the thickness and/or density of a melamine foam and develops high flame retardance by providing the melamine form with a covering layer which can be controlled to required air permeability and contains a flame-retardant material and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant acoustic material consists of a base material 12 which is composed of the foam of a melamine resin and the covering layer 14 which can be controlled in the air permeability and is capable of developing fire extinguishing and thermal insulating properties by applying a coating material into which a hydrated material 16 is incorporated to the desired positions on the inside and outside surfaces or outside surface of this base material 12 over the entire part and drying the same. The material is so constituted that the sound absorbing and flame-retardant characteristics are imparted to the base material 12 by the covering layer 14.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling for reducing the impact noises of a floor while preventing dew condensation without excessively increasing the thickness of a ceiling portion. SOLUTION: This on-ceiling-placed coals include coals which have major diameters of 15mm or less after carbonized, which account for 80 wt% or more of total coals, and which have a bulk density of 0.12 g/cm 3 or more. The bulk density is greater, a placement thickness is relatively smaller and the rate of short or small coals is higher to improve the diffusion efficiency of noises, while a specific surface area is larger to improve moisture control performance. The rate of the short or small coals is higher to make coals in layers, prevent the entry (blow) of outside air directly into a room and secure ventilation while maintaining air tightness. Thus, the ceiling reduces the impact noises of the floor while preventing dew condensation without excessively increasing the thickness of the ceiling portion.
