    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a simple paving material of regenerated asphalt utilizing almost all waste asphalt as recyclable resources.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a simple paving material of regenerated asphalt includes: a step wherein the raw material comprising waste asphalt is crushed into grain aggregates with grain size around 200 mm, which is further crushed into grains with grain size not more than about 70 mm; a step wherein the screened raw material with grain size of 0-13 mm is stocked in a first storage tank 5; a step wherein the raw material is crushed into grains with grain size of not more than about 13 mm, and divided into grains of 0-5 mm and those of 5-13 mm; a step wherein the raw material with grain size of 0-5 mm is stocked in a second storage tank 10, and the raw material with grain size of 5-13 mm is stocked in a third storage tank 11; a step wherein 40-60% of the raw material in the first storage tank is mixed with the raw materials in the second and third storage tanks, the total amount being 40-60%, at a mixing ratio of the material in the second storage tank to that in the third tank being about 2:1; and a step wherein the mixed materials are heated and mixed at 150-165°C.

      SOLUTION: This screening device comprises a screen device body including a screen device having at least one screen or more and a vibrating device for vibrating the screen device, a vehicle body frame supporting part on which the screen device body is mounted through a cushion member, and a screen heating device provided in the vehicle body frame supporting part. The asphalt mixture for pavement is charged into the screen device body vibrated by the vibrating device while the mixture is melted, and aggregates having particles having different diameters of the asphalt mixture are classified into a plurality of groups of particle size by the screen of the screen device heated up to temperature higher than temperature of the asphalt mixture charged by the screen heating device.
