摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draft machine in a fore spinning process, having an arm in which pressure parts for pressing top rollers to a side of bottom rollers are supported by a common support part, and capable of cleaning the top rollers by sucking action with a simpler structure than a conventional cleaning machine.SOLUTION: A draft machine 11 comprises: support arms 23-26 for supporting top rollers 15-18, the support arms 23-26 having suction holes 23a-26a formed at positions corresponding to the top rollers 15-18 so as to vertically penetrate through main bodies of the arms; top roller pressure units 11 provided on both sides across the suction holes 23a-26a; and a suction duct 27 having suction ports 27a-27d for exerting sucking action on the suction holes 23a-26a from upper sides of the holes when the support arms 23-26 are arranged in a motion position, the suction duct being provided in a movable manner between an action position in which the suction ports 27a-27d face the suction holes 23a-26a to exert sucking action on the suction holes 23a-26a and a retreat position in which the rotation of the support arms 23-26 is not hindered.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide the subject apparatus capable of effectively cleaning at a low cost and comprising a manipulator having a suction pipe for automatic joining of a thread with program control and cleaning a spinning unite with the orifice of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus comprises a spinning machine 1 having plural spinning units 3 arranged in parallel each other and each unit comprising at least one sliver feeder 11, a spinning device 12 and a winding device 15, utilizes a device 2 moving along the spinning machine 1 for automatically joining a thread or threading and has a suction pipe 51 connected to a first low pressure generator 63 and program-controlled for catching the end of the thread and threading by a manipulator 50 wherein the manipulator 50 is programmed to clean a spinning unit 3 and an orifice 51a of the suction pipe 51 is moved to a position of the spinning unit 3 ought to be cleaned and so the spinning machine is effectively cleaned at a low cost.
