    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonizing furnace designed to efficiently successively carbonize a large amount of a material to be carbonized into charcoal and improve productivity by simple constitution.
      SOLUTION: The carbonizing furnace is composed as follows. The furnace is equipped with a hangable heating container 1 for housing the material 2 to be carbonized, a carbonizing furnace body 5 opening the upper part for housing the heating container 1 so as to carry in and take out, a lid 9 for opening and closing the top opening 6 of the carbonizing furnace body 5, burners 10 provided in the outer wall of the carbonizing furnace body 5 so as to release a flame on the inside, a grate 7 installed at the bottom of the carbonizing furnace body 5 and a duct 11 for leading smoke from the lower side of the grate 7 to the outside.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization furnace combined type incinerator incinerating refuse that is difficult to effectively utilize as an incinerator, carbonizing waste wood and waste bamboo by using incineration heat, and capable of suppressing generation of dioxin or the like during incineration to a regulation value or less by structurizing allowing usage of an incinerator as a carbonization furnace.     • PURPOSE:To reuse the decomposition product of a waste peroleum-derived polymer article by heating a hermetically sealed container contg. the article with an indirect heating body to decompose the article, cooling the decomposition gas generated to separate it into a gas, an oil, and a residue, utilizing the gas as a fuel, recovering the oil, and burning the residue into ash. CONSTITUTION:A hermetically sealed container 4 contg. a waste petroleum-derived polymer article, i.e., an object to be thermally decomposed 14, is mounted on an indirect heating body 3 contg. a heating medium and heated in a heating oven 1 using a high-speed jet burner 2. The object 14 in the container 4 is thus decomposed; the resulting decomposition gas is sent through a gas duct 5 and a condenser 6 to an oil-water separation apparatus 7 and separated there into an oil, a gas, and water; and the oil is recovered in an oil vessel 8, water is discharged through an oil-water separation vessel 7a, and the gas is supplied through a guiding means 17 to the heating oven 1 as a fuel. The heat generated in the heating oven 1 is transferred through a heat transfer means 15 to the second hermetically sealed container 40 for preheating. After the completion of thermal decomposition, the container 4 is dismounted from the heating body 3; the residue 27 is fed to a residue combustion apparatus 60, burned in a combustion oven 20 into ash, and reused; and the resulting combustion gas is sent to the oven 1 and reused as a fuel.

    • PURPOSE:To carbonize a material to be carbonized such as raw wood, waste wood, lumber from thinning in relatively short time by carbonizing the material to be carbonized packed into a carbonizing chamber while controlling temperature in the chamber to a specific temperature range. CONSTITUTION:A material to be carbonized is packed in vertical direction on a grate 3 in a carbonizing chamber 1 attached with a heat insulation material 2 and ignited using a box for kindling wood. The inside of chamber is heated till a thermometer of temperature adjuster 8 indicates previously set maximum carbonization temperature of 500 deg.C in open state of a port for kindling wood and then the port for kindling wood is shut and simultaneously main and subsidiary both feed tubes 5 are open. Then set temperature of the temperature adjuster 8 is changed to temperature between 500 deg.C to 400 deg.C and the main feed tube 5 is automatically open and shut by automatically operating an electromagnetic valve 9 corresponding to the change of carbonization temperature and the material to be carbonized is carbonized while automatically controlling the carbonization temperature to 400-500 deg.C. After passing for a definite time, the carbonized material is refined by raising temperature in the chamber 1 to >=500 deg.C to produce the charcoal and then after the heat insulation material 2 is removed and temperature in the chamber is lowered to ordinary temperature, the obtained charcoal is taken out.
