A locking piece 15 to lock the locking shaft 18 of the elevator unit 9 allowable to connect and disconnect and a guide plate 16 to hold the locking piece 15 allowable to oscillate (rotate) are provided to the fixing unit 2.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling efficiency of a brake drum cooling system to a brake drum and suppress noises generated from the system in its cooling operation. SOLUTION: A brake drum cooling system involves a cooling fan 9 inside a duct 8 for a brake cover 6 enclosing a brake drum 4. The cover 6 is formed at tits bottom with an opening 6a. The actuation of the fan 9 inducts air in the cover 6 at the opening 6a, which air is led round the drum 4 and is then forced out at the duct 8. In that circulation, the inducted air cools the drum 4 heated up with great efficiency. The air also produces no tangled flow in the cover 6 to suppress noises generated.
