SOLUTION: This machine comprises a plurality of creel stands 10 for feeding a plurality of cords 2, two wire guides 20 and 21 and twine type extrusion heads 32 and 33. A plurality of cords 2 fed from one creel stand 10 are arranged by one wire guide 20 in rows and inserted into an extrusion head 33 mounted to the extrusion machine, continuously covered with the rubber by the extrusion machine 30 to produce the rubber-covered material 3. During the production of the rubber-covered material 3, a plurality of cords 2 are pulled out of the other creel stand 10, arranged by the other wire guide 21 in rows and inserted into the other extrusion head 32 and on standby. On the switching time, the operation is switched, in one time, to the creel stand 10, the wire guide 21, and the extrusion head 32 that are on standby.

The tilt angle of the tilt frame 5 is controlled based on the result and the inclination of the extending direction of the wire 1 to the tilt frame 5 is held stable.
