    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that delivers powder over continuously and quantitatively with a simple, little trouble causing mechanism. SOLUTION: This continuous powder feeder 20 comprises a powder storage tank 22, a lifting device 24 for the powder storage tank 22, a catalyst transfer pipe 48 and an upper gas inlet pipe 51. The powder storage tank 22 is a container topped with a lid 40, which container is provided at its lower place with a lower gas inlet port 42 that leads gas into the tank to fluidize the powder layer stored in the tank. The powder transfer pipe 48 extends upwards with its lower end opening leveled with the top of the fluidized powder layer. The upper gas inlet pipe 51 leads gas to above the fluidized powder layer held in the powder storage tank 22. According to the powder transfer, the powder- storage-tank lifting device 24 lifts up the powder storage tank 22 to maintain the contiguousness between the lower end opening of the powder transfer pipe 48 and the top of the fluidized powder layer continuously.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a pneumatic powder transporter so as to have no spatial restriction on installation by separating powder from transport air, containing powder, by a filter to exhaust it, and backwashing the filter with pressure air. CONSTITUTION:A three-way changeover valve 16 is switched so that an air exhaust box 15 is communicated with an air exhauster 18. The air exhaust box 15 is thereby sucked by the air exhauster 18 so as to be placed in the negative pressure state. Air sent into a transport air chamber 3 from a transport air supply pipe 6 is blown off into transport air 4 through a permeable partition member 2 so as to transport powder fed from a powder supply port 7. In a transport space containing powder, the powder is separated by a filter 14, sucked into the exhaust box 15 and discharged by the air exhauster 18. In the case of the filter 14 being plugged with the powder, the required three-way changeover valve 16 is switched so that the air exhaust box 15 is communicated with a pressure air supply pipe 19. The pressure air is thereby supplied to the required air exhaust box 15, and this pressure air flows to the transport air chamber 3 through the filter 14 to backwash the powder adhering to the filter 14.

    • PURPOSE:To continuously and stably feed a specified amount of a powdery material, by a method where, in a feeding device for pigment and the like, air is introduced in a powdery material storage tank to blow up a powdery material, the interior of the storage tank is sucked by an air output pipe, and the blown up powdery material is taken out togetherwith air. CONSTITUTION:Air is inputted in a storage tank 26 from an air source 31 to blow up baby powder 19 on a support bed 28. Meanwhile, air is fed by means of a blast pipe 13 to exert an air suction action on an air output pipe 20. The interior of the storage tank 26 is sucked by means of the air output pipe 20, and blown up baby powder 19 is sucked in the air output pipe 20 togetherwith air. The baby powder is injected in a given place together with air in the blast pipe 13. In this case, the baby powder floating in a suction chamber 22 of a baby powder providing device 10 is recovered in a recovery bag 51 by means of a suction blower 50. This constitution enables the stable and continuous feed of a specified amount of a powdery material.
