    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal belt constraining device capable of surely preventing a seal belt which covers an upper opening of a coal receiving conveyor from being blown away by a strong wind.
      SOLUTION: The seal belt constraining device includes: constraining chains 31 and 32 enabled to be loaded on an upper surface 21a of the seal belt 21 covering the upper opening 4 of the coal receiving conveyor and enabled to be arranged to cross the seal belt 21 in the cross direction; fixing pins 34 for fixing both ends 31b and 32b of the constraining chains 31 and 32 crossing the seal belt 21 to seal belt receivers 8 and 9 supporting a lower surface side of the seal belt 21; and a connecting means 33 provided in the constraining chain 31 to constrain the seal belt 21 by the constraining chains 31 and 32 and to release the constraint thereof.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double belt type pipe conveyor capable of inhibiting expansion of exclusive area of flat plate parts of a conveyor belt at a base end part and a tip end part thereof in a longitudinal direction, effectively utilizing space, discharging a transferred article without providing a device such as a tripper even at a middle of a pipe part, and increasing degree of freedom in design.
      SOLUTION: Two endless conveyor belts 1A, 1B are provided in parallel and rotate right-left symmetrically. An article receiving part 11 receiving the transferred article is formed by overlapping lower edge part 11 of the conveyor belts 1A, 1B and opening an upper part thereof at the base end side in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belts 1A, 1b. A pipe part 12 overlapping an upper and a lower edge part of the conveyor belt 1A, 1B in a pipe shape is formed at a middle part in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belts 1A, 1b. An article discharging part 13 opening the upper and the lower part of the conveyor belt 1A, 1B and discharging the transferred article is formed at the tip part in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt 1A, 1B.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the failure or the like of a joint part in advance, by lowering the load of a roller on the joint part, by setting the rigidity in a width direction, of only the joint part, relatively lower than that of the other part (a part excluding the joint part). SOLUTION: The reinforcement bodies of the upper and lower sides are not buried in a joint part 8 of a belt 3, whereby the flexural rigidity in a width direction, of the joint part 8 of the belt becomes lower than that of the other part, that is, a belt body. Accordingly, the load of a roller acting on the belt 3 from a roller at a going side and a roller at a returning side around the belt 3, is lowered on the joint part 8 by the amound for the lowering of the flexural rigidity. Whereby the failure or the like of the joint part 8 of the belt 3 can be prevented in advance, and the durability of the conveyor belt 3 can be improved.

SOLUTION: A vulcanizate having an impact resilience of 65% or higher, a dynamic storage modulus E' of 2×10 Pa or lower, and a loss factor (tan δ) of 0.12 or lower is obtd. by vulcanizing a compsn. comprising 100 pts.wt. rubber component comprising 50wt.% or higher natural rubber and up to 50wt.% butadiene rubber, 5-50 pts.wt. carbon black, 15-200 pts.wt. calcium carbonate having an average particle size of 0.1mm or lower, and 0.5-15 pts.wt. mixture of 10-90wt.% fatty acid amide having an m.p. of 80-130 deg.C and 90-10wt.% paraffin wax of which the average number of carbon atoms is 40-70.
