The corrugation 11 has entirely a shape of triangle corrugation or bellows, and the elastic member 1 has at both its ends attaching holes 12. As a resin constituting the elastic member 1, a thermoplastic polyether ester elastomer is used. This material, which is different from a cross-linked on vulcanized rubber material, can be molded with a injection molding machine, and has excellent properties in strength, heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance as well as rubber elasticity.
