Thereby, an enclosure wherein the web is sealed around the charge 2 and the frame is formed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a cigarette from springing back, by providing a prevention means for preventing it from moving back to a first position from a second position. SOLUTION: Cigarette strikes against a stopper 16 and springs back, so that it moves back in a direction opposite a conveying direction 9. As a result, the end of the cigarette returns to reach the area of an exit 17, and when a storage chamber 3 continues to move in a sending direction 14, the cigarette is damaged or broken. Accordingly, the cigarette which strikes against the stopper 16 and springs back is caused to bump against the end face 22 of a steplike member 21, therefore the cigarette is prevented from moving back into the exit 17. Thus, the end face 22 of the steplike member 21 acts as a prevention means for protecting the cigarette against damage and breakage. During a period of time that the storage chamber 3 further moves in the sending direction 14, the end of the cigarette is surely guided to a pushing station where the front face 23 of an upper guide face 19 is adjacent to the end face 22 of the steplike member 21.

A pocket conveyer 28 feeds respective spindles 30 formed with a container for receiving each group 3 in the feeding direction 8.
