The process for regulating an air cushion in a surface effect vehicle with a plurality of lift fans whose drives have regulators and motors operated at a determined speed for generating an air cushion of a determined pressure or height and deliver corresponding output, a behavior of the lift fans conforming to a determined characteristic curve, the process comprises the steps of regulating every lift fan in such a way that one regulator serves as a master regulator which is followed by the rest of the regulators, so that the master regulator regulates a pressure or a height of the air cushion while the follower regulators regulate an output or a speed, where the output and volume flow or the speed of the master fan is used as a guidance variable.

    • PURPOSE:To improve sound absorbing effect by forming a rubber plate of a Helmholtz resonator constituted of a partition plate, a perforated plate provided on one side of the partition plate, and a cavity part provided between the partition plate and perforated plate. CONSTITUTION:A rubber plate 11 is formed of a Helmholtz resonator. The rubber plate 11 is therefore formed of a partition plate 12, a perforated plate 14 with numerous holes 13 provided on one side of the partition plate 12, and a cavity part 15 provided between the partition plate 12 and the perforated plate 14. A Helmholtz type muffling box is formed by the cavity part 15 between the partition plate 12 and the perforated plate 14, and the frequency of noise generated by a fan is the blade passing frequency. Accordingly, when the resonance frequency of the resonator is set in the such a way as to be this blade passing frequency, noise based on the blade passing frequency can be absorbed.

    • PURPOSE:To constitute a floating shifting device by the power of an automobile by forming a recessed part for placing the automobile and installing a buoyancy generating device which receives the power supplied from the wheel, thrust generator and a steering device for determining the direction of the thrust generator on the basis of the direction of the wheel. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 23 is formed at the near center of the frame 22 of a floating shifting device 20, and the car body 12 of an automobile 10 is placed. A buoyancy generating device 24 receives the turning driving force supplied from the rear wheel 16 of the automobile 10, and the turning driving power is transmitted to the shaft of a blower 42, and revolves the blades 44 of the blower, and a buoyancy is generated. A thrust generating device 50 is equipped with a rear part roller 52 which is engaged with the rear wheel 16 of the automobile and receives the turning driving power from the rear wheel, and the turning driving power is transmitted to the shaft 66 of the blower, and revolves the blade 68 of the blower and generates a wind power as thrust. A steering device 70 has a placing board 72 having a U-figure- shaped section for placing the front wheel 14 of the automobile 10, and the direction of the placing board 72 which can be changed by the front wheel 14 of the automobile is transmitted to the blower 62, and steering is performed.
