In this case, both wings of a bridge skeleton are bent downward by about-20 degrees, and metallic plates are laid on the whole face of the frame base body 5 as a drive-in bridge 13 and on the arc-shaped arrangement of a connection rod in the bridge. The spherical disk-shaped bridge is rotated through the gear of the drive motor of the framed base body 5 in both circular-grooved walls where a flat belt ring is welded to the metallic ball-row disk as a right circle. In this way, convenience in a narrow space can be contrived by the device.
