    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor capable of compressing an object to be compressed so as to be smaller and stiffer without requiring addition of liquid with power-saving and a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: A compressor which compresses an object to be compressed X has: a cylindrical cylinder 41; a screw 51 provided in the cylinder to feed the object to be compressed into the cylinder while rotating the object to be compressed; and a seal member 412 provided on an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder on a downstream side of a downstream side tip of the screw. The object to be compressed is moved from an upstream side to the downstream side in the cylinder by the screw and compressed. The seal member suppresses the movement of the object to be compressed to the downstream side in the cylinder. The inner peripheral surface of the cylinder is a rough surface 411 for generating frictional heat between the object to be compressed and the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder by rotation of the object to be compressed in a first cylinder on the upstream side of a position where the seal member is provided.
