    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade which enables a deposit to effectively be removed when the rotary blade is rotated for getting a rinse in water, and a method of manufacturing the rotary blade.SOLUTION: The rotary blade 1 includes: a cutting blade 3 which is folded in the shape of a circular arc in section; and a rotary shaft body 2 which supports the cutting blade 3. The rotary shaft body 2 is provided with a shaft body 4, and a plurality of disks 5 disposed in a rotary shaft direction. The cutting blade 3 is secured to the circumference surface of the disks 5. A water flow generating part 8 is formed in at least some of the disks 5. The water flow generating part 8 is constituted by notches formed around each of the disks 5, and through-holes formed through each of the disks 5. By allowing a water flow to collide with the inner surface of the cutting blade 3, and the rotary shaft body 2, the deposit attached thereto can be effectively removed. As the water flow is generated from the interior of the cutting blade 3, the deposit attached to the inner surface of the cutting blade 3 and the rotary shaft body 2 can be effectively removed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the movable inner blade of an electric shaver, which can easily be manufactured.
      SOLUTION: The electric shaver includes: fixed screens 6; and the movable cutters 7 coming in slidable contact with the inner surface of the fixed screen 6. The movable cutter 7 includes: a sheet shape metallic thin plate 9; and a holder 10 for holding the metallic thin plate 9 in a reverse U shape. The metallic thin plate 9 is formed by bending a sheet shape cutter blank 27 formed by an electroforming method, in the reverse U shape by applying plastic working. The movable cutter is formed by electroforming working. Consequently, the blade is formed to be thin with a complicated waveform, suitable shaving sound is issued in shaving, the convenience of a user is raised, oil, etc., are stored in a recessed part formed in working, and contact resistance with the fixed screen is reduced so as to perform an excellent shaving action.
