    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine with a cutting clamp device, preventing jump-up of a bar material during cutting and improving cutting accuracy.SOLUTION: This cutting machine with the cutting clamp device includes a fixed blade 5 and a movable blade 6 for cutting the fed bar material 7, and is configured to perform cutting by shearing force of the fixed blade 5 and the movable blade 6. The cutting machine includes a base 4 detachably. The base 4 includes the fixed blade 5 in which blade sections 5a are mutually reversible and replaceable, and the movable blade 6 moving relatively to the fixed blade 5. A pressing member 12 for pressing an opposite side of the fixed blade 5 side of the bar material 7 when cutting the bar material 7 is provided to be opposed to the fixed blade 5 across the bar material 7. The pressing member 12 is oscillated in the vertical direction by oscillation of a lever 11 and presses and clamps the bar material 7 by drive of a hydraulic cylinder 16 when cutting.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly generate pressures for a plurality of plate retainers by means of a simple mechanism without using a hydraulic cylinder and to freely adjust the pressures for the plurality of plate retainers. SOLUTION: The plate retainer rods 27 of the plurality of plate retainers 23 at a front plate 11a are vertically movable to press a workpiece W against a table 5 and are normally energized upwards by springs 31. A movable sprocket 33 is provided on top of each plate retainer rod 27, and fixed sprockets 37 are arranged alternately with the movable sprockets in such a way that the fixed sprockets are located below the positions of the movable sprockets. A chain 39 (linear member) is wound on the alternate fixed and movable sprockets, with one end of the chain secured to the front plate 11a and the other end of the chain towed by a towing motor 45. Since the plurality of movable sprockets are uniformly depressed by tension which is twice the tension applied to the chain, the plurality of plate retainer rods are all lowered against the upward energizing force to evenly press the workpiece W against the table.
