    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of correcting a bending tendency capable of effectively correcting the bending tendency including a local uneven shape, and a method of forming a cross-sectionally groove-shaped member by using the method of correcting the bending tendency.SOLUTION: The method of correcting the bending tendency is used for correcting the bending tendency 5 generated when a bent part 3 of a metal plate 1 is nearly flattened by bending the bent part 3 in a direction opposite to the bending direction. The method of correcting the bending tendency includes: a first correction process of plunging a convex-shaped punch 7 having a curvature smaller than that of the bending tendency 5 of the metal plate 1 in a small range relative to a double distance of the thickness of the metal plate 1 from a projecting side of the bending tendency 5 to the side opposite to the projecting side to form a curved shape having a curvature set projecting in a direction opposite to the bending tendency 5; and a second correction process of sandwiching the metal plate 1 corrected by the first correction process between elastic bodies 15≥0.03 GPa in Young's modulus equivalent to be corrected to be plunged in a range not larger than three times of the thickness from the projecting side of the metal plate 1 to the opposite side thereof by the convex-shaped punch 7 having a curvature at a tip.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a method for performing plastic working by deformation resistance force of a simple die composed of elastomer such as rubber is known, however the elastomer is fatigued during the repetition of working; the elastomer is restricted in the amount of deformation which is self-restorable by elasticity; and when using viscoplastic fluid having large strain-rate dependence coefficient in place of the elastomer, the implement is limited to the working of foils and ultra-thin material which do not require large working force. SOLUTION: A dilatant fluid is used as the simple die. A material to be worked (5) is arranged between the simple die (3) composed of the dilatant fluid (1) and a container (2) for holding the dilatant fluid and a tool (4), and the tool is forced in at a speed fast enough for expressing the dilatancy of the dilatant fluid. At this time, large deformation resistance force is generated in the flow of the dilatant fluid and the material to be worked is deformed by the deformation resistance force thereof.       SOLUTION: The method comprises a step of heating a predetermined magnesium alloy A (blank) (a punch 12, a wrinkle suppression member 2 and a blank receiving member 5 provided with a heater), and a step of controlling the temperature of the whole sheet at a predetermined temperature and applying a counter pressure by an elastic body (a ball-shaped elastic body 4) to the sheet in order to mold the sheet in accordance with predetermined shape of the punch.
