SOLUTION: A nozzle unit is such one as providing a nozzle chamber 11 formed in a nozzle housing 10 and providing a nozzle duct 16 introducing from the nozzle chamber 11, for example, for supplying a glue to the surface to be joined by an adhesive jointing measure such as a bending tab of package. After a long interruption of operation, at least a part of the nozzle duct 16, particularly an end section 31 is filled by a sealing liquid, especially water, and when restarting the operation the water can be supplied through the nozzle duct 16. And the outlet side of the long and narrow nozzle duct 11 is limited with an independent closing piece 25. The closing piece 25 is made of ceramics and the like, and an inner limit surface 28 of the closing piece 25 is formed in arch like, and the nozzle duct penetrates the center of this arch top.

The motion for the cleaned nozzle to move toward the band-shaped roll paper is continued so as to get away from the nozzle which is operated up to the moment, next, this nozzle is pulled in for cleaning, the nozzle newly made active at that time point is a little pulled to the ordinary operating position adjacent to the band-shaped roll paper, this nozzle is coated with the adhesive agent, and this application is controlled so as to be continued until the other nozzle enables the similar cleaning operation while displacing the band-shaped roll paper.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a work of a high reliability of a bonding subsidiary assembly equipped with a bonding nozzle by arranging a rotatable roller having elasticity, which-is movable to the bonding nozzle, as a cleaning member working as a lid as well, and a disk or the like on the bonding nozzle which imparts an adhesive on a blank of a pack. SOLUTION: This packaging machine has a plurality of bonding subsidiary assemblies 16 equipped with a bonding nozzle 14 in order to impart an adhesive on the folding tab on a blank of a pack (tobacco) 10. A first bonding subsidiary assembly 16 is arranged in the zone of a folding turret 11 under a configuration being fixed to the outer peripheral section, and is fitted to an arc-form rotatable arm 1 which can be rotated with a rotating bearing 19 as the pivotal center, and by this constitution, the bonding nozzle 14 can move a working location and a cleaning or stand-by location. Then, at the cleaning location, the jetting port of the bonding nozzle 14 is cleaned by a roller 22 comprising an elastic material such as rubber or plastic, and being dipped in a water bath 23, which is arranged at the cleaning location.
