    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate the covering waste of discharged electric wire by each kind of covering materials and simultaneously remove copper from the covering waste to the utmost by providing up and down at least two outlets for plastic waste on a downstream side of a water tank in an apparatus wherein copper and plastic waste are separated up and down by vibrating the water tank. SOLUTION: In order to treat by separation a discharged electric wire nugget treated material, a covering waste piece pulverized by nugget treatment is charged into a hopper 1, allowed to drop each specific amount by each specific amount into a feeder 3, and allowed to become familiar with water. Thereafter, the covering waste piece is dropped into a water tank 5. Then, heavy copper in the material to be separated in the water tank 5 is transferred to an upstream side, and light plastics are transferred to a downstream side by a pressure of water jetted toward an inclination upper side of the water tank 5 and vibration of the water tank 5, and those are separated up and down. Thereafter the plastics are separated by a specific gravity difference. Light one floating up is discharged from an upper side outlet 14, the one positioning midway is charged for a middle outlet 15, and the one sinking down is discharged from a downward outlet 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable labels stuck to base material to be easily peeled from the base material at a low cost. SOLUTION: Shred material to be treated is supplied from the top of a tower type flow system agitator 1 filled with water and agitated together with water to peel a label from base material. The mixture of the label, the base material and water is continuously taken out of the lower part. The label and the base material are continuously separated from water by a continuous solid-liquid separator 2 connected and fitted to a takeout port. The temperature of used water suitably is 60-90 deg.C and rotary agitating blades 5 fitted in multisteps are desirably used for agitation. In the continuous solid-liquid separator, a screw conveyor 6 is fitted and a screen 7 is fitted on the rear surface side of the screw conveyor. Water is overflowed and the label and the base material are taken out of a solid takeout port. The label is separated from the base material by a known means. The label is utilized for resource reutilization.
