摘要： PURPOSE: To stably detect the peel-off state of the cake on a filter cloth belt without contacting a light emitter and a light receiver with the cake and generating erroneous operation, by providing the light emitter and the light receiver so as to interpose the filter cloth belt therebetween.
CONSTITUTION: A light emitter 11 and a light receiver 12 are attached so as to hold a filter cloth belt 3 therebetween. By this structure, a cake 4 is not peeled off from the filter cloth belt 3 when the dehydratability of substance 1 to be dehydrated is deteriorated or vacuum pressure is lowered and passed between the light emitter 11 and the light receiver 12 while adhered to the filter cloth belt 3. Therefore, the light from the light emitter 11 is blocked at the part to which the cake 4 is adhered and it is possible to detect that the peel-off of the cake is inferior by the light receiver 12. As a result, the peel-off state of the cake 4 on the filter cloth belt 3 can be stably detected without contacting the light emitter 11 and the light receiver 12 with the cake 4 free from generating erroneous operation.

In this case, compressed air is supplied into piping 10 by compressor 14.
