As described, a combination key and key way, a movable sleeve, a stop flange 28, and a threaded sleeve may be provided to stop movement in the second direction 26. The dual direction latch devices may be used with articles of manufacture such as with implantable medical devices, door panels, airplane panels, and drilling devices, to name a few.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a stimulator for a long time without no positional deviation, and to enhance the stimulating effect by journalling a shaft extending through a body, to stoppers at opposite ends thereof, by providing protrusions on the outer surface of the body, and by forming at least either of the stoppers and the protrusions from resin containing a specific weight percent of tormaline. SOLUTION: Stoppers 3 are attached to opposite ends of a shaft 2 extending though a body 1. These stoppers 3 serve to stimulate therapeutic points and to prevent the shaft 2 from caning off. Accordingly, the shape of the stoppers 3 is preferably spherical. Protrusions 4 are formed on the outer surface of the body so that the therapeutic points of the hand and the foot can be stimulated by gripping and treading the body. Further, when the stoppers 3 are held while the body 1 is rotated, the stimulation can be made. At least either of the stoppers 3 or the protrusions 4 are made of resin containing more then 1wt.% of tormaline. With this arrangement, the simulation to the therapeutic points can be made by currents induced by the tormaline.
