When the WAN communication section 16 establishes radio communication, the CPU 11 acquires the operational state of the device, reads out the noise frequencies corresponding to the acquired operational state of the device from the EEPROM 20, determines whether or not the noise frequencies read out overlap frequencies of the radio communication, and if they overlap, changes the operational state of the device.
