    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring housing assembly having improved performances such as sperior in appearance, adaptability to temperature, prevention of bedewing, safety, etc. SOLUTION: The housing has an outer shell 12, an inner shell 14 and a window assembly 16. The outer shell 12 has a top wall part 18 and a side wall part 20, and as the side wall part 20 extends downward from the top wall part 18, the first space is partitioned. The inner shell is provided with a top wall part 22 which couples and fixes the lower surface of the top wall part 18 of the outer shell 12 inside the first space. The inner shell 14 is also provided with a side wall part 24 and as this side wall part extends downward from the top wall part 22, the second space is partitioned. The side wall part 24 of the inner shell 14 is also provided with a continuous wall and stages 56 and 58 arranged so that the components of monitoring device are fixed with a specific method predetermined as that the first components of the monitoring device are placed between the lower surface of the outer shell 12 and the outer surface of the inner shell 14, and the second components of the monitoring device are placed in the second space.
