摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of preventing the occurrence of unequal development. SOLUTION: An aperture is formed at a guide member 44 disposed on the emulsion surface side of a photosensitive material between transporting rollers 33a, 33b by which the photosensitive material is first held in a developer and transporting rollers 34a, 34b by which the photosensitive material is held next. A gushing pipe 52 for the developer which gushes the developer to a direction exclusive of the direction facing the opening of the guide member 44 and a deflection plate 53 which deflects the direction of the flow of the developer gushed out of this gushing pipe 52 toward the direction facing the aperture of the guide member 44 are disposed on the bottom of a developing tank 12. The developer gushed from plural hole parts 54 bored at the gushing pipe 52 is made into laminar flow having a uniform pressure in the direction orthogonal with the transporting direction of the photosensitive material at the time of collision against the deflection plate 53 and is brought into contact with the emulsion surface in nearly a uniform state in the transverse direction of the photosensitive material when the photosensitive material arrives at this part.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide such an automatic developing device that a large amt. of water can be saved, production of water sludge in a washing tank is prevented and no problem is caused during developing a film. CONSTITUTION:A specified amt. of water for washing is circulated between a washing tank 6 and a storage tank 9 equipped with a processing means for water with bacteria so that org. matters mixed when a film is washed are decomposed with the bacteria. Thus, washing water is always kept clean to prevent production of sludge and a film can be surely and efficiently washed without overflowing water. Since water is not discharged by overflowing, the amt. of water used is significantly decreased. By installing the storage tank 9 in the automatic developing device 1, the device is also made compact as a whole.

摘要： A drum processing apparatus for sheet or web material is described wherein the drum also acts as a solution recirculating means. The apparatus comprises a vessel containing processing liquid in which is partially immersed a driven drum which guides the sheet or web material through the vessel. The drum comprises within its body at least one cavity, there being at least two apertures which lead from said cavity to the outside of the drum. The cavity is so formed and the apertures are so located that, when the drum rotates, a body of liquid from the vessel enters the cavity through one aperture at a lower level in the vessel, is raised to a higher level in the vessel, and leaves the cavity at the higher level through the other aperture. Thus the liquid is circulated in the vessel.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate a leak of processing liquid and to perform the best stirring corresponding to the kind of a photosensitive material by arranging a pump main body in a processing tank, and varying switch switching time and adjusting the rotating speed of a revolving magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic pump 64 is arranged on the bottom plate 62 of the developing tank 28, fixing tank 30, and washing tank 32 of an automatic developing device 10, and the photosensitive material 14 is conveyed to the tanks 28, 30, and 32 in order and processed, and dried at a drying part 44. Then when the photosensitive material 14 need not be stirred much, the flow rate control knob 94 of a control part 92 is operated to delay the time of excitation switching to a coil 84 by a switching circuit 88. Consequently, the revolving speed of the revolving magnetic field becomes slow and the rotating speed of an impeller 78 also becomes slow to decrease the flow rate for the stirring. When the flow rate of the photosensitive material 14 needs to be fast, the knob 94 is operated to quicken the time of excitation switching to the coil 84.

CONSTITUTION:When a film conveyance part 14 for washing is fixed to a development part, rack coupling gears 40a and 40b engage a driving gear 25 and are driven by a driving motor 29 as shown by an arrow (e). The rack coupling gear 40a rotates a stirring propeller 43a for stirring through a large- sized gear 41a and a two-stage gear 42a and the rack coupling gear 40b rotates a propeller 43b for stirring fast as shown by an arrow (f) through a large-sized gear 41b and a two-stage gear 42b. The propellers 43a and 43b for stirring are made opposite in blade twisting direction from the stirring propellers 33a and 33b of a film conveyance part 13 for development fixation to make the processing liquid feeding directions opposite when they are rotated in the same direction. Consequently, a stirring system which has the best stirring perfor mance can be set in each processing tank which is narrow in width and the installation area is reducible.
