摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately decide the temperature management of foods to be carried out appropriately and their freshness to be kept, and to specify the section of a distribution process in which temperature management is carried out inappropriately. SOLUTION: An indicator holder, having sandwiching surfaces for sandwiching a low-temperature management indicator and receiving a pressure therefrom, wherein at least a portion of the sandwiching surfaces is made of a pressure-sensitive material emitting light, in response to the pressure applied by the low-temperature management indicator, is attached to a package of food and transmits holder information, when a light-emission property of the pressure-sensitive material is detected as freshness information by a freshness information detecting device at a prescribed distribution point. A freshness information management server receives freshness report information, obtained by adding the holder information and distribution route information which represents the distribution point, to the freshness information detected by the freshness information detecting device, via a communication network, and stores the freshness information represented by the freshness report information received, as the freshness information at the distribution point represented by the distribution route information which is associated with the holder information, represented by the received freshness report information.
