    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a safety locking and firing stand-by device having a clock mechanism that it has many drawbacks, e.g. the clock mechanism is sophisticated and costs greatly in manufacture and assembling, many components have an error and burrs frequently and since it functions accurately only when the components are assembled strictly, manufacturing and assembling cost is increased.
      SOLUTION: The safety locking and firing stand-by device has a working body which is locked by a safety locking element at a safety locking position before firing stand-by time. When the safety locking element moves to a release position, the working body is released to start a motion related to a support. After firing stand-by time, the working body is located at a working position through a rotational motion related to a support. A delay element is driven during the process of rotational motion of a trigger to delay the rotational motion of the trigger. The working body and the delay element constitute an inner ring and an outer ring, respectively, having no physical shaft.
