    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating lining method and a heat insulating layer stack block pack used in the method, capable of easily executing an initial lining work in a short time by using a heat insulating block of low risk of dropping from a stud while avoiding a problem on scattering of powder dust.SOLUTION: The heat insulating layer stack block pack 1 is used in an initial lining process, the pack 1 is formed as the stack of a prescribed height by successively horizontalizing main planes of flat heat insulating fiber layers 2, a sharp edge of a guide pin (not shown in drawing) is stuck to the center of the main planes of the flat heat insulating fiber layers to stack the layers, an insert 3 having a tapered guide at a basic end side of the penetrated guide pin is buried in the flat heat insulating fiber layers at a basic end side, then the guide pin is drawn out to stack at least the plurality of flat heat insulating fiber layers, and the whole periphery of the stack is sealed and packed with a film F.
