    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized lightweight partial dust collector, which has a high dust-collection efficiency even by a low output and can be loaded on a service car such as an excavator, and to solve a particulate-matter problem generated with various construction works without damaging workability.
      SOLUTION: A plurality of air nozzles 3 are assembled and arranged so that an air curtain 6 having a cone-shaped internal side face expanded towards a wall surface 2 is formed, and a suction port 4a for a suction duct 4 is arranged at the cone-shaped approximately apex place of the air curtain 6 in the partial dust collector. The dust collector is installed to a working apparatus such as an excavator 5 so that the base of the internal side face of the cone-shaped air curtain 6 is conformed to the place of the generation of a particulate matter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting boom of a load header having a sprinkling function which can minimize a harmful effect accompanied by the water leakage of a water supply channel while achieving easy conversion in types between a sprinkling type and a non-sprinkling type and the easy maintenance of a water supply system.
      SOLUTION: The cutting boom at least whose tip side is attached to an upper part of a body of the load header in a manner of capable of turning upward and downward, performs excavation work by rotating a cutting drum at the tip side by driving a rotary drive shaft which is inserted through the inside of the arm-shaped boom by a drive motor by a speed reducer. The cutting boom sprinkles water which is supplied to a sprinkler nozzle arranged in the cutting drum in the water supply passage formed in a predetermined position. The water supply passage constitutes an inner water supply passage passing a connection port which is provided at the lateral side of the boom placed closer to the tip side than the speed reducer through the inside of the lateral side to the sprinkle nozzle; and an outer water supply passage which connects the tip side of a water supply hose of which the base end side is connected to a predetermined water supply means and which is exposed to the outside to the connection opening to the connection port.
