摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a special spun yarn by coiling a single yarn with another yarn, cutting it at relatively short intervals followed by intertwining them and varying the color and shape thereof in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: This special spun yarn is produced by the following procedure: in making a roving in the spinning process, another yarn is helically coiled around a roving-like fiber bundle drafted by unconventional method to restrain the fiber bundle and the resulting fiber bundle is wound by a winder as a roving in the form of a restrained fiber bundle; subsequently, in a fine spinning step where the resulting roving is subjected to a fine spinning frame, in order to surely cut the coiled yarn and process the roving to a draftable form, the material of a front top roller is changed from rubber to rigid resin, the width of the roller is narrowed and the surface of the roller is provided with transverse grooves; thereby the roving can be surely held and the coiled yarn is drafted simultaneously with drafting the roving and cut and thus intertwined with the roving-like fiber bundle in the form of being intermingled with the fiber bundle. 摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the deterioration in the appearance of a yarn due to gradual loss of bulkiness by coming off and use of fibres during their processing, wherein the yarn is spun from a sufficiently arranged sliver or roving. CONSTITUTION: A yarn structure is formed using a closed-end spinning system adopting a high draft ratio for drafting a sufficiently arranged sliver or roving. Therein, the yarn structure in which each of the constituent fibres migrates between the surface and the core of the yarn so that part or parts of each fibre are trapped and bound by parts of other fibres in the yarn cross-section and so that any fibre is wholly not placed on the surface of the yarn is obtained by cyclically or randomly migrating the fibres between the core and the surface of the yarn to disarrange the usually parallel fibres. The method for migrating the fibres between the core and the surface of the yarn includes a method for cyclically changing the tension of each fibre when a yarn 3 is formed, and a method for bending and disarranging fibres before twisted.
