摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a ship tow-in device by which a ship is towed into an excavated type quay by means of winches installed on the quay. CONSTITUTION:Winches 5a to 5d are installed on the front and rear ends on the right and left sides of an excavated type quay 01, carriage capable of moving in the lengthwise direction of the quay 01 are attached to respective wires stretched between the winches 5a, 5c and between the 5b, 5d, and a float head 2 is mounted between both the carriages so as to move up and down. On the other hand, a pair of arms 3 are turnably attaches to the float head 2, and a vacuum type suction board 4 is attached to the tip of each arm 3. After the bow part of a hull 1 is fixed to the float head 2 by grasping the bow part between both the arms 3 and simultaneously sucking the bow part by the suction boards 4, the winches 5a, 5b are wound to tow the ship together with the float head 2 in the inner part of the quay 01.

Each air bag 2 is installed on a floating body 6 which is fitted in slidable manner along a recessed-shaped side surface 4a formed on a landing pier 4 and rises and lowers, following the variation of the tidal level, and a desired introducing device is constituted.
