    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of regenerating an existing pipe conduit which enables a reliable repair of damaged parts by utilizing one open end of existing pipe conduit.SOLUTION: A preceding fixing device 4 having a fixing tube 12 expandable and shrinkable in the radial direction of the device and a traction wire 22 connected to the preceding fixing device 4 are inserted from the open end 2b of existing pipe conduit 2. The preceding fixing device 4 is fed to a closed end 2a deeper than a damaged part 3 in the existing pipe conduit 2, and the fixing tube 12 is expanded at the position to bring the preceding fixing device 4 into surface-contact with the inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe conduit 2 so as to fix the same device in an immovable way. A repair machine 5 is moved to a position corresponding to the damaged part 3 by drawing the repair machine 5 to the side of the preceding fixing device 4 by using the traction wire 22. The repair machine 5 is expanded so as to press a regeneration material 31 onto the inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe conduit 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thin film expansion system and a method utilizing feedback.
      SOLUTION: The thin film expansion system comprises a section for loading a thin film, a vacuum supply section for expanding the thin film by applying a vacuum thereto, a sound pressure applying section for applying the test sound pressure of a set frequency to the thin film, a section for measuring a tension value of the thin film by a voltage variation generated in a metal plate opposing the thin film by the vibration thereof caused by the test sound pressure supplied from the sound pressure supply section, and a vacuum control unit for regulating the degree of a vacuum supplied from the vacuum supply by comparing a measured tension value with a previously inputted set tension value. In the method performing the feedback control of the degree of a vacuum by utilizing the tension value of a thin film by expansion work measured in a thin film expansion process utilizing vacuum, such an effect as the thin film can sustain a set tension value accurately is provided.
